Marketing for China: plan the website and enquiry route

A China project needs an explicit definition of the audience: buyers in mainland China, an international procurement team, or a Chinese company selling abroad. Those are different assignments. I offer remote marketing planning, website development, lead generation design, chatbots and CRM integration from Moscow. This page does not claim Chinese-language proficiency, a China office or a published local campaign case.

Confirm the route before choosing platforms

We first identify where the buyer is, which language they use and who on your side can validate the offer. A Chinese exporter targeting English-speaking customers may need an English website and an international sales process. A business reaching mainland consumers needs a separate review of local distribution and delivery requirements. The proposal distinguishes work I can deliver directly from responsibilities requiring your local partner.

Website development with language ownership

I can structure the offer, build pages, implement enquiry forms and connect measurement. A Chinese version needs a qualified translator and editor approved by you; translation quality is not assumed. Before publication we agree who checks wording, customer access, hosting choices and applicable requirements. English and Chinese pages must each contain useful information for their audience, with language links pointing to equivalent content.

Chatbots, lead generation and CRM integration

The lead route records the product or service, company, destination market and next commercial action. A chatbot uses approved content and sends unresolved questions to a person. CRM integration can preserve sources, contacts and enquiry history where supported interfaces permit it. Local platforms are assessed with your appointed specialist. Direct campaign buying on WeChat or Baidu is not offered as an established capability on this page.

Start with a feasibility check

The first stage maps the buyer journey, current systems, language reviewers and platform dependencies. We select a small deliverable that can be tested end to end before a wider rollout. Your team verifies that a real enquiry reaches the correct sales owner with readable context and a recorded source. Scope, acceptance and costs are written down after that review. Existing services and work formats remain the reference; no China-specific performance promise is added.

Eight service directions for China

Choose one task or combine directions. Scope, language review and responsibilities are agreed before delivery.

Strategy & CMO

Task. A China-based exporter needs a clear overseas buyer and a feasible international sales route.

Delivery. Receive an audience brief, validation plan and a map of delivery and language responsibilities.

Acceptance. Accept when destination markets are explicit and your team can distinguish confirmed capabilities from assumptions requiring a local specialist.

Real estate marketing

Task. A property company addressing international buyers needs to separate project facts from market assumptions.

Delivery. Receive a buyer brief and page-content plan for approved inventory.

Acceptance. Accept when every property claim has a named source owner and a sample enquiry identifies the project, destination market and buyer route.

Advertising & SEO

Task. An exporter targeting customers outside mainland China needs search pages and campaigns for those destination markets.

Delivery. Receive an international search-intent map, campaign brief and tracking checklist.

Acceptance. Accept when eligible accounts and customer access are verified; domestic Baidu or WeChat campaign buying is outside this delivery scope.

SMM & content

Task. An exporter reaching overseas buyers needs content that explains the product and supports supplier comparison.

Delivery. Receive content themes, sample briefs and an approval plan for agreed international channels.

Acceptance. Accept when your product owner verifies claims, an approved editor checks language and each material has a traceable enquiry route.

Leads & sales

Task. An international enquiry needs product, destination and commercial context before it reaches a sales owner.

Delivery. Receive qualification questions, response prompts and a handover map for the export route.

Acceptance. Accept when sample enquiries retain company, product interest, destination market and next action, with unsupported requests assigned to a person.

Websites & landing pages

Task. An exporter needs an English website that helps overseas buyers assess its offer and contact the right team.

Delivery. Receive a page structure, approved product content and enquiry forms.

Acceptance. Accept when your team checks customer access and source tracking; any Chinese-language version requires a separately approved translator and editor.

CRM & integrations

Task. An export team needs enquiry history across products, destination markets and international customer contacts.

Delivery. Receive a CRM field map, duplicate rules and connections supported by your systems.

Acceptance. Accept when test records preserve product, company, market and source, and the responsible salesperson can identify the next commercial action.

Chatbots & AI

Task. An overseas buyer needs approved product answers and a person for questions outside the agreed knowledge base.

Delivery. Receive a limited chatbot flow and a supported handover connection.

Acceptance. Accept when unknown questions escalate and test conversations preserve language, product interest and destination; local platform integrations need separate feasibility review.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide Chinese-language copywriting?

Chinese content requires your approved translator and editor. I do not claim Chinese proficiency; language responsibilities are agreed in the scope.

Do you run WeChat or Baidu advertising yourself?

Direct buying on those platforms is not offered here as a proven service. Local execution needs a separately appointed and checked specialist.

Can you build a website for a Chinese exporter?

Yes, subject to the audience, language, hosting and integration brief. An English export website and a mainland consumer site require different plans.

What should be checked before a CRM connection?

Account ownership, available interfaces, required fields, access and data handling. The proposed route must pass a test enquiry before acceptance.

Discuss your market and enquiry processSend your website, target customer and current sales process. We will define what to check first and what the project should deliver.
