CRM integration that keeps the enquiry, source and owner together

When enquiries arrive in email, messengers and separate call reports, the sales team has to reconstruct the customer journey. I connect the agreed sources to your CRM so a manager can find the request and act on it. Delivery is remote from Moscow. The first step is reviewing your current systems, available connection options and ownership of the data we need to move.

Describe your project Contact Aleksandra directly

Map the information before connecting tools

We identify each source, the destination record, required fields and the person responsible for an enquiry. The map distinguishes a contact from a deal and defines what happens when the same person returns. Source labels, form details, call references and consent information are included where available and needed. Existing amoCRM or Bitrix24 setups can be reviewed; another system requires a separate compatibility assessment.

Test normal delivery and failure handling

The implementation uses the supported connection agreed in the scope. We check the first submission, a repeat contact, missing fields and an interruption at the destination. The plan states how failures become visible and who resolves them. Test data is identified so it can be separated from real sales. A handover records the field mapping, connection owner and checks to repeat after changes to a form or CRM.

Deliverables, inputs and acceptance

What you receive

  • A source-to-CRM map covering records, fields, duplicate rules and responsibility for delivery.
  • The agreed connections for website forms, calls or other supported enquiry sources.
  • A test record and handover explaining failure visibility, access ownership and maintenance.

What I need from you

  • The CRM owner, current sales stages and a description of the records the team needs.
  • An inventory of forms and sources, with access arranged by their responsible owners.
  • Approved field and duplicate rules, sample test data and a person who can verify receipt.

How we accept the work

  • A first enquiry creates the agreed record with its source, fields and assigned manager.
  • A repeat enquiry follows the agreed contact and deal rules without an unexplained duplicate.
  • A simulated delivery failure is visible and the team knows the responsible recovery route.

Scope, experience and markets

The pricing page explains existing working formats. See the published case studies for relevant background. Market-specific project scopes are described for Kazakhstan and Dubai. Languages, approvals and delivery responsibilities are agreed for your business.

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate a CRM we already use?

Yes, subject to the available API, connector and permissions. Compatibility and limitations are reviewed before implementation is promised.

Is CRM integration the same as introducing a new CRM?

Integration connects agreed systems. A wider CRM implementation may also include process design, configuration, migration and team adoption, scoped separately.

Can you connect every channel at once?

We prioritise the sources your team needs and can verify. A limited first route can be tested before additional channels are connected.

What happens to duplicate enquiries?

We agree how contacts and deals are matched, which fields can change and who handles an ambiguous match before enabling the route.

Will you need customer data for the first discussion?

Start with anonymised examples and a field description. Access and any live-data handling are agreed with the relevant system owners later.
