Who I am and what I do

My name is Aleksandra Mikhailovna Ivanova. I am a Fractional CMO — a marketing director on external terms. I went from performance specialist to Head of Marketing in the largest real estate and consulting companies, with sales under my responsibility alongside marketing. Today I run marketing for businesses as an external director: I take responsibility for strategy, channels, analytics and the numbers, manage contractors and the in-house team, and close the routine with AI tools.

Frequently asked questions

How are you different from an agency?

An agency sells a service and reports on its own part: impressions, clicks, enquiries. I am responsible for marketing as a whole, including what happens after the enquiry, and I manage agencies among other contractors. If your current contractor does good work, I do not replace them — I fit them into the overall system.

Do you work officially?

Yes: by contract with legal entities and by invoice with individuals. NDA on request. All ad accounts, domains and analytics are registered to your company and stay with you in any case — that is a matter of principle.

Which cities and countries do you work in?

The work is remote, so geography is not a limit. Experience: Russia, the UAE, London, Turkey, China, the US. In-person meetings in Moscow can be arranged; work with other markets is remote.

How many clients do you run at the same time?

Not many — usually two or three projects. The format means getting inside the business, not consulting by email, so taking everyone who asks is physically impossible. If there is no slot right now, I say so at once and name a date.

What does a Fractional CMO cost?

On the Russian market in 2026: one day a week 120 000–180 000 ₽ a month, two days 200 000–300 000 ₽, full management from 350 000 ₽ a month (approx. $1,480–4,320). For international projects the formats start at $2,500 for a Strategy Sprint and $3,000 a month for ongoing Fractional CMO work. Details on the pricing page.
